The Barn at Larcombe Farm is a magical place, nestled in a hidden valley at the heart of the South Hams.
Roses, clematis, jasmine and hydrangea cascade down the exterior of the old threshing barn which has been stunningly restored to create a funky and luxurious holiday house with underfloor heating throughout.
The Barn can sleep 10 -12 people.
Wake up to the swallows and fall asleep to the sound of owls.
Spacious enough to celebrate a birthday with family and friends, it also has cosy areas for fireside chats or board games on the beanbags around the coffee table.

The Barn is south-facing and flooded with light. Double doors open onto the terrace which catches the sun all year round and all day long. Surrounded by 130 acres of rolling organic pasture, ancient oaks, streams and
wildflowers.
The Barn has its own driveway and private walled garden. There is ample parking for four cars and additional parking by arrangement.
The Barn is luxuriously equipped with a large kitchen, double oven and two gas hobs, an enormous fridge and separate freezer. Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Fast broadband and wifi throughout.
There is a large games room for rainy days and the beach is a 15 minute drive away.
